Who we are

This website is operated by reperio ("we", "us"), a marketing agency working with local and service businesses. You can reach us at info@reperiomarketing.com for anything relating to your data, including the requests described below.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you submit the audit form, we receive your name, your business name, your email address, your website address and whatever you write in the message field. We use that information for one purpose: to reply to you about your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not sell your information, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services. Where we go on to work together, processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which records standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability. Both act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@reperiomarketing.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
